Why move to the cloud?

Cloud accounting software keeps your books up to date as you go. Bank transactions can flow in automatically, you can send invoices and record receipts from your phone, and you and your accountant see the same figures at the same time. It also means you're ready for Making Tax Digital, which already applies to VAT and is being introduced for Income Tax from April 2026.

FreeAgent

We're FreeAgent Gold Partners. FreeAgent is built for small businesses, freelancers and sole traders, and brings invoicing, expenses, bank feeds and tax returns together in one place. Depending on who you bank with, it may be included free with your business bank account, and we're happy to check that for you.

Xero

Xero suits growing businesses that want flexibility, with a large range of add-on apps for things like stock, payroll and receipts. We'll set it up around the way your business works.

Sage and IRIS

We also work with Sage and IRIS. If you already use Sage and it works for you, there's no need to change. We'll only recommend a move if it's the right one for your business.
